  Worst fast food service I have received in my life. Took them 30 minutes to fix my food inside, and after the wait my friend's meal was never prepared and when he asked about the mix up he was offered a refund. My friend replied "No I'm hungry I'd like my food", to be asked once more if he'd like a refund. When the last meal was prepared the manager brought the meal laughing and had the wrong name for my friend and hesitated to give him his food because of the mixup on they're part. We were there long enough to know the employees by a first name basis if they were not so rude. Everyone was pissed customers and employees, left before a riot ensued

  Mixed experiences. Food is always good, staff is always polite in terms of talking to you.
  
  Approx. 3 bad experiences here out of about 20 experiences. For min. wage taco hell- I'd say NOMINAL. Four stars because of realistic standards.
